E-Invoice Implementation Deadline:

• Sales >RM100m per year : 1st AUG 2024

• Sales >RM25m per year: 1st JAN 2025

**Section 120(1) of the ITA 1967: Offences of NOT complying with E-Invoicing PER TRANSACTION can subject to a fine of not more than RM20,000, imprisonment not exceeding 6 months, or both!

Program Objectives:

Upon completion of this program, participants will acquire these:

• Comprehend the fundamentals of E-Invoicing, including different transaction types, exemptions, and workflow, using real-world scenarios and examples.

• Identify and utilize essential fields required for E-Invoices, ensuring compliance with regulations through a structured checklist approach.

• Register and operate the MyInvois Portal efficiently, using step-by-step guidance for company registration, ERP integration, and intermediary addition.

• Configure and maintain settings in the SQL Accounting System, using the system to manage tax entity information, item classification codes, and E-Invoice-specific configurations.

• Submit various types of E-Invoices, including standard, self-billed, and consolidated formats, using guided practices and submission walkthroughs.

• Analyze and monitor E-Invoice submission statuses, and learn how to track UUID numbers and submission confirmations for accurate record-keeping.

Trainer: Zaiyani, also known as Coach Zye, has more than 18 years managing full sets of accounts in various industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, trading, logistics and others. She is a HRDC & NCS Certified Trainer who hold Bachelor's Degree in Finance from UiTM, and spent many years in managerial posts preparing financial report and statement. She is a hands on expert in multiple accounting software including SAP, SQL, AS400, Sage, Xero, Quickbooks, Zoho Books and so forth.

 

As an entrepreneur herself, she has a mission to teach entrepreneurs the importance of bookkeeping and tax filing, especially for new startup SMEs. She is also eager to share her industry expertise through training and development programs to help the community. Her other roles such as Treasurer and Board Member in few Koperasi and NGOs, as well as Treasurer of Thames Oxford Academy NCS Alumni.
